During bank holiday weekends and throughout the months of April to October, we are unable to take pre-booked weekend bookings of less than 2.

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque (made payable to S Downton), Credit/Debit Card or BACS but please be aware that payment using a UK Credit Card and all cards from overseas bank accounts will incur a 2% handling charge. We do not accept American Express.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm 1 night bookings and
100% of 1st night payable as non refundable deposit for bookings of more than one night.
Outstanding amounts payable on arrival.

Non arrivals or cancellations with less than 1 weeks notice will be subject to the full cost of the stay, unless the room is rebooked.
